Those of you that have known me for a while will have seen the huge transformation I have had around my health in the past 18 months. Transformation pics below!
I want to share with you exactly what has changed for me and has allowed me to be the healthiest I have ever been!
My old lifestyle:
- My favourite foods used to be Steak and Beer.
- I was overweight and looked ‘chubby’.
- I was very unfit although I lifted a lot of weights.
How I am now:
- I have lost over 2 stone in fat.
- I have a primarily Vegan diet and don’t drink alcohol.
- I am happier, fitter and healthier than I have ever been.
SO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?
I BECAME CONSCIOUS OF WHAT I WAS PUTTING INTO AND ONTO MY BODY.
All my life I loved food. I would eat and drink anything that I wanted to in huge portions.
Drinking 10+ Pints of Beer on a night out.
McDonalds, KFC and Subway were where I got the majority of my meals.
I started almost every day with a Large Bacon, Sausage and Egg Sandwich with a Large Coffee Latte.
Drinking 5+ cups of coffee per day.
I was drinking so much coffee because I had very low energy levels. But having a caffiene fix didn’t solve the underlying problems and so the spiral became worse and worse.
MY BODY WAS STARVED OF QUALITY NUTRIENTS AND I WAS OPERATING ON BURNOUT.
Poor Diet and Nutrition are the #1 cause of death and disease on the planet.

Here is my summary of the key things that could save your life if you implement them NOW!
BECOME SUPER CONSCIOUS OF WHAT YOU PUT INTO AND ONTO YOUR BODY!!!
1. Eat a primarily Plant Based Diet.
It has been scientifically proven that Heart Disease, Cancer and Diabetes can all be prevented and reversed by going onto a primarily plant based diet. Cutting out meat, eggs and dairy is the simplest and most effective way to make sure you are not at risk from these three conditions (and many more). This is all explained fully with research in the Forks Over Knives documentary.
2. Drink the best quality water that you can.
DO NOT DRINK TAP WATER UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO! Get a Water filter that filters out Chlorine and Fluoride. Avoid drinking water from cheap plastic bottles. On average by the time you drink bottled water it has been stagnant in the bottle for 2 years absorbing BPA’s. If you want to know the best water filters to get then message me.
3. Use Organic Products whenever possible.
When it comes to your health you get what you pay for. If you put cheap, low quality products into and onto your body then you can only expect to have low energy levels and health problems. Buy organic groceries where possible. Buy organic toiletries too including fluoride-free toothpaste, deodorants, shower gels, shampoos and moisturisers. Non-organic foods and products are full of herbicides, pesticides and all sorts of chemicals and preservatives.
4. Avoid heavily processed foods, harmful chemicals, additives and preservatives.
DO NOT CONSUME FLUORIDE OR ASPARTAME. Fluoride is poisonous and should not be ingested by humans. There are thousands of articles and videos you can watch to demonstrate the impact Fluoride has on your body.
Most people are addicted to CANE SUGAR and CAFFEINE. Both of these substances are highly addictive and can be incredibly damaging to your health depending on your genetics. As a safe bet avoid both where possible.
5. Get connected to your Physical Body.
Meditation changed my whole life. There are many ways to do it but as a minimum just sit down and breathe for 15 minutes per day. This quiets your thoughts so that you can become present and connect with your body, mind, emotions and spirit. I love doing Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
Educating yourself is the first step to undoing the years of negative conditioning that our schools, family, friends and workplaces have subjected us to. Even though most of them were coming from a place of love they can only teach us what they know.
